Over Chunal Print

Charcoal and coloured pastel landscape featuring the road over the hill from Glossop to Hayfield Derbyshire, known as Chunal.  In this drawing I wanted to capture the feeling of driving over the cusp of a hill with the next valley opening up below. On one side the hairpin bend the mole catchers sign is visible, as well as the evidence of his work hanging from the fence. A flock of geese fly overhead.
