Overseas Orders

I am based in the UK and provide FREE shipping on all UK orders. I do, however, also ship orders all over the world. Shipping costs for overseas orders are calculated at checkout once your address is entered. At this point you can check and agree the postage amount before processing the order and payment.

Whilst all goods are professionally wrapped and despatched some things are out of my control.

Please read this carefully if you are ordering from overseas.

Local Taxes

If you are ordering from overseas your country may impose a local sales and customs tax on products imported from the UK, regardless of my small business status. This tax is collected locally from you in your country and paid to your government, and I'm afraid I have no control over that.

Since Brexit each country charges its own local sales tax once products are imported, and customs may charge an additional handling fee.

Some smaller orders will be exempt, but it is possible that you may be charged around 30% on top of your order value. I am currently researching more specific details about charges in different countries and how this all works, and I hope to clarify shortly. However, if you are not happy with these terms please contact me directly before you place your order, or soon after. Thanks for your understanding!

Shipping Delays

Whilst I am usually aware of any shipping delays within the UK I will often have limited knowledge of any shipping delays overseas or be able to do much about them once product has been despatched. Please be patient as you wait for your order based on expected shipping times but if you are aware of any local shipping issues please keep me posted so that I can offer advice to other customers.
